at my university they only use EAP-TTLS/PAP wifi connection. Blackberry doesn't have it pre-installed. I know palm,nokia,iphone all have it. I have a bb 9700, was wondering if any fix or...

I have an 8830, I know ATL+NMLL changes the reception bar to numerical values, but how to read those values?? Like what means what?...-25 is no reception, but then over -100 is very low....and...
