Ditto on this. We have a 'cuda anti-spam box that all email is routed through BEFORE it even hits our Exchange box. And I can only imagine it's a helluva lot more effective than any of Microsoft's...

She just got her BB last month, so it was brand new. We made her go back and get another because we thought there was something wrong with it. Lesson learned! :razz:

Me, too! It's been driving me nuts for over two weeks. I feel even worse I made the user get a replacement BB because we thought it was her problem initially. :)
