I got it working after they resent the service...

I got it working after they resent the service books from the BES server. Still don't have old messages. I Will sync it and see. Thanks for the advise everyone.

I didn't think of that. I tried that and it did not work. There wasn't a check. First thing I did was try a battery pull. That's old rusty trusty fix right there. It didn't work either.
