Same issue here, even got a new phone from AT&T thinking it was a specific phone flaw. Now its doing exactly as you describe...again. Battery pull doesn't fix the issue, it will take a picture or...

Can't access a 3gp file
I am hoping someone can help me here. I have a file in my saved messages I discovered from a while back. It has a 3gp file attached to it. I realize I can't open and view these files on blackberry...
