It was bought off ebay second hand so I think the phone may have been blocked by Orange as thats its brand. It wont send or recieve any texts or calls, but I do get edge/gprs signal bars.

Right just realized the path for my policy file...

Right just realized the path for my policy file was different than the guides one, I put the right path in but now when I open desktop manager it updated some applications or something but my phone...

Well the 64bit problem I think is only with method 1, method 2 just gives me an error when I start desktop manager wwith the new policy file in place.
