Beyond 411 does not work on my 9700

I am unable to get Beyond 411 to work on my new Bold 9700. Any help with settings would be most appreciated. Any search I do comes back with "Unable to connect to network. The request timed out".

Thanks for posting this. I actually went to handango and downloaded their 1.49 version and reinstalled using that. It also seems to be working better now. Something must have changed in it.
