Is this a normal occurance on the 8310 running any version of 4.5 to at random times when you hit reply to an SMS there is no history trail on the screen?

Have had device replaced, reloaded...

I had loaded 4.5.0.163(257) but it was a complete battery killer. Within a few hours I was down 50%. I have rolled back to this version 4.5.0.161(254) and have been running fine over the weekend.

I had nothing but major battery draining while running .153. Reloaded back to .124 last night and battery performance seems back to normal.

Will there ever be a release beyond v4.5 given the limited amount of Flash Memory? The 8350i that I uase for work has 128M of Flash Memory compared to my 8310 that only has 64M.

Would love to get...

Is there a way to choose which installed mapping application is used from the address book menu? My device menu currently shows LiveSearch as the option but would rather use Google Maps.

Check the application security permissions....

Check the application security permissions. Options>>Security Options>>Application Permissions. I have seen this with new installs of other applications.

Loaded 4.2 on my T-Mobile 8700g last night. So far so good. No problems encountered. Just a pain to have to reset all of your profiles. Now running App: 4.2.1.66.
