Had a trackball issue, called Verizon and they...

Had a trackball issue, called Verizon and they sent me replacement with fixed trackeball, but with other problem (frequent reboots). Called VZW again and got one more replacement - everything is OK...

Is it bug on home screen? horizontal scroll works only for first 4 icons, cannot move it to the 5th and 6th. (see atachement - cannot move onto Weather icon from Browser it's moving right to Calendar)

Is it no requrements anymore about your device should be paid off in a full price (without any promotions)? I remember before VZW Global asked about it for give you unlock code.
