seriously though get a different insurance, safeware is great and cheap as well 82 dollars a yr for my phone (storm 1)..what you went through is RIDICULOUS!

i have had the same problem with Verizon...

i have had the same problem with Verizon insurance, i got a refub that worked about 2 weeks and splat it craped out on me, i now get my phone insurance through an outside company and they cover me...
