It depends if you are domestic only or intl. ATT data/voice plan is better intl. Cingular is better domestic. ATT, you can choose your network manually when roaming. With ATT, no rollover.

Not to be a jerk, but that is a problem in the other BBToday posts. You have to have ver 4.0 to use BBToday. Only the very first version worked on 3.8.

I agree. My 7290 has the best reception and volume level of any other phone I have had. Judging by the type of phone you have, 7750, you must have Verizon or Sprint. Question answered.
