Work has just came to me and asked me to give up my personal service 8100 and they are going to provide me with a work-issued phone :(

The good thing is that they gave me two different choices......

from what I've noticed thus far with the 8100, you cannot have specific alerts (MMS, SMS, etc) on a per person basis. It's the same notification alert for all SMS, MMS, etc.

so I've been 100% happy with my 8100 up until today. For some unknown reason my SMS messages are not getting sent out and when I do get a text message... the phone will make an audio noise...

Remember to call T-Mobile and have them credit your account if you don't have some kind of unlimited MMS plan. They charge you for the MMS whether it comes through or not.

My friends all send MMS...
