There's nothing "special" about an iPhone sim. Any new ATT sim will work fine in the iPhone, and any iPhone sim will work fine in the Blackberry.

You could also consider running MS Virtual Server 2005 on the SBS box, and load the BES software on a virtual machine. Just make sure your SBS has plenty of memory. :)
