Russian Language Support in the package

Do you know by any chance if this ver. contains support for Russian Language? Currently I am running 4.5.0.110 from T-Mob (EU) and it has it.

Ok here is the deal I found the service book that was causing the issue. It is the Desktop [IPPP]. After I removed Nimbuzz connected right away.
I am not sure how it will affect my performance...

I'm not sure if this is a mistake on BB's site but it appears that they say 8130 supports Wifi...
