Yeah I thought that too.

I figured that I might could call t-mobile and get them to do a handset exchange, since their only requirement is that it not have broken plastic or lcd screen.

I think I may stay away.

I have already upgraded from 8100 to 8300 a few months back but as a craigslist junkie I found a broken pearl for 75.00 which they agreed to my 50.00 offer.
