I loaded the newest cingular DM software, 4.00.33. I still cannot load the software, the app loader says there is no software available to install. i've wiped it with the javaloader but it doesn't...

My 7290 does the same thing, we are using v3.6...

My 7290 does the same thing, we are using v3.6 and i'm wondering if a copy of the newest version of the desktop manager will fix?

Hi, does anyone else have any ideas to try? I do not have a vendor.xml file on the machine in question, and am using desktop manager v3.6.

Any ideas how to get software back on the device?
