The newest official one is OS 4.5.0.55 Rel. 81 which you will find here but I have not checked if it is...

You have to upgrade the Firmware of your 8320 to 4.5.0.55 Rel. 81 as example.

Normaly you have a envelope where all message are in and an envelope for each mail account you have defined in the BIS or BES. So maybe there is an unread message in one of your mail accounts.
