I do have the data plan, ive been all over this...

I do have the data plan, ive been all over this phone and cant seem to figure out why i cant connect? in the manage connections folder it says "not connected" under internet service?

i followed the above steps and the message said...

ive read in another post that 1x means no data...

ive read in another post that 1x means no data plan available? i do have a data plan but maybe it wasnt applied today during activation? i dunno im stumped?

Just got my 8330 today and was trying to launch the browser application and i keep getting the "unable to connect to internet" message. ive gone to manage connections and the service status says...

no lightning bolt, just the usb icon? its been charging for about 45 minutes now and it still shows 2 bars? (same when i put in the battery for the first time)

Phone charging?

I just got my 8330 and plugged it in for it's first charge. I was wondering if the battery icon is supposed to have an active display of the battery charging? It shows the usb cable plugged in but...
