Unhappy Error trying to download the BES version

When I try to download the BES version, I get a 404 error. It can't find:

/bb/bb/4.2/ViigoCE/ViigoCE.jad

Guess I'll have to stick with the beta version I have for now.

No luck with hard reset of toaster!

I'm trying to do the hard reset but I can't get it to work:

1) Took out the toast
2) Waited 20 seconds
3) Put the toast back in

It still won't sync!

Instead of pressing the wheel to make your selection, once you have the item highlighted, you can simply press the Enter key :enter:

I've got an 8703e also, but I'm sure it would work on any BB...

Similar problem with my 7100

I had a similar error with my 7100 -- everything would work fine and then suddenly stop working. The only thing that helped me was pulling the battery out of the BB then putting it back in. Not sure...
