New OS help

Ok i downloaded the new OS for my 8310. Did the install and deleted the vendor xml. Now is the loader exe the one with the phone icon?

It has a pic of a BB and says handheld application loader.

Camera Issue

It seems that i cant zoom past 1x when i use my track ball. Could it be dirty? Works fine with everything else though.

BB 8310 Finding Themes

I just did a OTA of a theme. Connected my BB to my device manager, found the theme, DM said it loaded succesfuly but i cant find it on my BB....Help please i'm a newb to the BB.
