8110 problem with operating software!!!

hey guys i have 8110 with os 4.3
i upgraded it with os 4.5.0.55.
now again when i connected it to desktop manager.it asked for password,,which i dont have.next time when i connected it .the device...

i tried downloading the firmwares and the desktop manager from the link given but at the last it says that the ip is from the country which is not permitted to download those stuffs.i am in china...
