if it's numbers don't forget to turn on the num lock, or caps lock if needed and no I've never had that problem. My guess is someone switched your password or you're forgetting you changed it.

And the other 3 worked perfect, all had original bezels.
I think its a defect in the design.

It must be a network problem, I'm with Rogers with 190 OS and I get great RF on 3G, actually the 3G is the only reason why I'm not trading this thing for the 8900 Curve.
