Yes, I reapplied the permission before restarting the router, and yes I waited 20 minutes. I just cant figure out why that permission keeps getting removed from my account.

I removed myself from the admin group and...

I removed myself from the admin group and stopped/started(after 20min) the router and still not working. Below are the erros in event viewer on the BES, no errors in AD or exchange.
