Thanks for the reply! I think I did dissociate it first, will double check. By BIS went to Options, Settings, Email setting, then deleted the account. I "thought" i did this before the reset but...

So I did the factory reset using the Wipe Handheld choice under options. After it rebooted it still had the email data on it somewhere. When I went to add the new email account it somehow had held...

OK, figured out the icon movement. Select icon in Menu screen, select move, use mouse to move to new location (top 6 show on desktop), and place it there.
