well... after 4 months...I still have this...

well...

after 4 months...I still have this issue. I cleared out all text databases, reset the bb several times. Deleted things, etc...

it worked for about 1 day, and then started defaulting...

Alrighty folks!

here's the problem...

everytime I try to type 'at' on my BB 8130, it ALWAYS ALWAYS comes out 'st'. Every single time!!

what the heck? How often does someone need to type...

Turning off phone, but keeping on Data?

is this possible?

I have a Pearl 8130, and will be going out of town for a week. Is it possible to turn off receiving phone calls, but still be able to access only my email?

So, I had to roll back to OS ver. 4.5.0.101

and it works!! Perfectly!!

whew...now I can get on with life ;)

It's my own domain and email server. And funny thing is, it worked perfectly before my OS update. So I'll do the ol 'resend your service books'...

I just did an OS upgrade to 4.5.0.127 on my Pearl 8130.

And now, when I receive a SPAM message, I select "delete off handheld and mailbox".

I disabled ALL anti-vir...ALL firewall stuff...and even right-clicked the OS exe file and 'run as...' administrator allowing ALL privileges etc!

perfect upgrade!!

Still not working. Also tried un-installing and re-installing BB Desktop app (without Auto Update)...and then the BB OS update, still nothing. Freezing during BB OS install on my computer...

got it!!

You need to open a blank email/txt whatever, then type your word three times in a row. That will set it to the default you prefer.
