I support 350+ BB's and I've seen a small rash...

I support 350+ BB's and I've seen a small rash (about 5) of call failed issues where all outbound calls are failing until the battery is removed and replaced.

I tried this today with a similar situation only to put the contacts back into Outlook that were cleaned out...

Now I'm trying to find the BB database table that I need to look in to clear them...
