Which ones have you tried so far? The Socket Mobile CHS barcode scanner works with BlackBerry, you can see a demo on YouTube with the Bold.

Bluetooth barcode scanners for BlackBerry
Today Socket Mobile announced support for the Bold, Curve, Pearl, Storm, and Tour for their Bluetooth barcode scanners (CHS Series 7). They are targeting the healthcare market.
