Best OS version for speed and battery life (9330)

Wondering what the best version of OS is for a Curve 9330. I am currently on 6.0 Bundle 1659 (v.6.0.0.415, Platform 4.4.0.314)

I find it generally a pretty slow experience .. and battery life not...
