Anyone else lose spellcheck in bridge email after updating. Both me and my buddy have lost it. Still works in native and in Docs To Go.

Good suggestion. Doesn't fix the problem with no spell check, but it does avoid trying to place the cursor in exactly the right place to fix a typo.

You can do that in the browser (which was why you could do it on your post) but you can't do that in the Bridge email. At least, I can't. Try it.

I'm no expert, but I believe it is all the same. When I was in England last year with my Bold 9700 I used internet at wi-fi hotspots with no problems, and it was no different than in north america.

Does anyone have any insights into whether RIM plans on adding a spell-check function in the Bridge email? It seems odd that I can spell-check on by Blackberry but not on my Playbook, especially...

I believe if you update your OS on your 9700 you will be able to download and read attachments directly from your email, and won't have to use your work around.
