the Blackberry is new, it has been with me just 3 to 4 months... anyway I've changed the battery cuz I've 2 batteries.. and still the same problem..!!!

I figure out something, I've switched the SIM card between 2 Blackberry devices with 2 different carriers, my carrier works fine in the other Blackberry and the other carrier works fine in my...

nope, I use it everywhere, it's not about signal at all.. but thanks for responding...

but it didn't work..!! it works for 2 or 3 min... :(

even if it worked do I have to do it every time I disconnect the wifi?

as I said, when my BB is on wifi works perfectly, once I disconnect wifi, BBm starts not receiving or sending...!!! it appears the o'clock or the watches.. and it takes time to start receiving or...
