Man, I am not sure what I did wrong. Brand new laptop running Vista Enterprise with the Dell BT 355 module. I can pair up and synch with DM via BT with no problems - same with USB, no issues...

I installed this on a freshly built Vista 32 bit (Enterprise) machine friday night - did not go well. It was incredibly slow to install and would not run after installation. Pulled it back off...

Nevermind - I went into Sync Options in Desktop...

Nevermind - I went into Sync Options in Desktop Manager and unchecked "update date and time on handheld" and that stopped the problem. Not a fix, but no worries now.

Same issue here with an 8100. Pretty annoying. Time source is set to Blackberry as advised, still happens. Definitely seems Vista related.

I bought the Holux 240 - works great. Can't beat the size and it even looks just like the Pearl - chrome back and sides with a gloss black face.
