ok now on the app loader it says connect device...

ok now on the app loader it says connect device and i did and i guess its not detecting it? i turned on the mass load or w/e it is? just says select device and theres nothing there...

ok i have a little problem here.... i downloaded...

ok i have a little problem here.... i downloaded the update installer and installed the os. i went and deleted the vendor xml file and clicked on the loader application which was in the same folder.....
