I can probably make up the rest of them for you, I only changed the ones I wanted for personal use in that other batch. Do you want the focus icons transluscent also or just the normal icons?

Try making your top banner transparent, the image will be there but you'll see through it, so your main backgorund image will appear full screen.

The themes you've made with the transluscent icon effect are terrific, personally I've got the golf3 transluscent on my 7105t right now. You haven't by any chance made the icon set...
