I deleted the vendor.xml file, but for some reason i don't see the loader.exe file so i can download this OS. Please advise! Thanks.

Help Please :(

I followed everything step by step to download the OS for my Curve - TWICE. I'm new to this and had some help to make sure I did everything accordingly. My phone is now constantly resetting itself....
