Rogers only supports GPRS/EDGE. Its a typo. Telus is the iden carrier (they call the network "Mike")

It can't be installed to a PC to load through Desktop Manager. You must have your BB connected to the computer before attempting to install it. The page loads it directly onto the BB....

It will only work with Rogers Wireless blackberries, and Nextel. It appears to load it directly to the device, and won't do so unless it is one of the supported devices.
