Default setting is when you climb into a little box and close the lid so it's nice and quiet. The alternate setting is to either demand everyone be quiet or have the caller scream into their phone. ...

Noise reduction headsets and Bluetooth products are available. Most are not cheap and the best is to research on the internet and look at the reviews.
