help desk fixed for me (thank goodness)
Change that I made to BB:
Options | Sounds and Ring Tone | Phone Ring Tone | Count 5 and Length set to Short.

bold 9900 now only rings once
for some reason lately, i can't get my Classic Phone Remix to give me more than one single ring when a phone call comes in. seems like in the past it would give me 2, 3 or 4 even. don't know what's...
