I can also confirm that the SMS issue is fixed but the Main Message List Settings is no longer available. I'm going back to 5.0.0.321.

I've loaded the net_rim_theme_bbdimension icon, today, and zen from OS 4.2.2.180, 4.5.0.10, and 4.5.0.18 onto my phone using javaloader but the problem still persists....
