Same problem

I have the same hourglass problem as the initiator of this thread. My operator's BlackBerry support, asked me to remove all languages that I don't use and BB Maps which does not work in India anyway....

Loader.exe did nothing

I tried the steps as is in the 1st post of this thread after upgrading my Desktop Software and removing the Sim Card and memory card and deleting vendor.xml file. It shows a list of apps already on...
