UPDATE...I used the link that "TSAC" supplied, I enable the OTA Calendar Sync via T-mobile, it works however I get major dupes in my google calendar...and I mean major..like 77 dupe entries on one...

I am using DM to sync my bb calendar to my outlook calendar via USB. I think it has something to do with the default calendar email address...however shouldn't all the appointments show up on outlook...
