I have a blackberry torch 9800, and everytime i try and send an attachment (picture) The paper clip icon is blanked out. I've tried going to text message optons, but it says i can only send a picture...

I just had a 9800 torch givin to me..but there is no o.s in it when i turn it on all it says is No application linked(factory os)

is there a way to get the operating system back in this....thanks...
