help with uninstall

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to uninstall jbenchmark from my BB 7230 -- even if I reload all the apps and remove all the data.

How can I get rid of it, please?

how can I uninstall jbenchmark?

even by reloading all the apps etc I don't seem to get rid of it :/ ... then again I am not the brightest bulb in the chandelier :)

RIM told me to run the app in compatibility mode -- set it to Windows 2000. Worked for me.[/quote]

I had to turn off "Cached Exchange Mode" on the profile, then dbclean.exe run perfectly. ...

Running dbclean.exe on my XP system crashes the dbclean app (the one downloaded from the link mentioned) ......
