but why is this happening.
my videos are shown in both video n camera folder.
is there any setting to just keep it in video when i capture new videos.

again z10 problem
i m having problem with my network.
i set my network on 2g/3g mode.
when i make calls, for first 2-3 call it will connect but after that if anyone call me or i make call it shows there's an error...

i cant update my os.
and my software release is not available.
why it is showing not available.
i cant download whatsapp now bcoz my os is not updated.
my current version is 10.0.10.261.

i tried syncing through my gmail account.
but still some contacts didn't came.
still confused y in bb link when we select data to restore on right hand side it shows some of your data may not me...

how can we check contact memory on BlackBerry z10?
i m trying to transfer my contacts from my curve 9330 to z10.
tried it through bb link, email sync, bluetooth, device switch.
but i m not getting...
