Pressing the Mute button does silence the ringing...

Pressing the Mute button does silence the ringing only for about one second. Then the ringtone restarts again.

How could I find out which software version I have? And which version would be deemed...

Hi - thanks, but it doesn't work. Same as rolling the trackball or pressing mute - the ringtone will stop but start again after barely a second.

Maybe it's an issue with the particular ringtone...
