Maybe I am stupid, but I am not english native speaker, so I am not shure if I understand it right! So that is why I need to restart the phone? To get propre Service Book? I thougt that with OS 7.1...

I have the exact problem! Via USB cable it is fine! Via only bluetooth - nothing! I have W. Vista. I can for ex. send a photo to my phone via bluetooth but BlackB Desktop Software doesn´t connect...
