i thing he have it on wifi only connection tray to change to wifi prefer so u can use the internet plan went u no in the house also mere sure u have a data plan

I think if the phone is unlock u can use it whit Anny wireless companies
u only need to have the 3g plan ..

it your charging port working in the phone..look at it and make sure that none of the 3 pin in the center are na missing
