I have inherited a Curve 8310 from a previous job, and I want to upgrade the OS, but when I try to do it through the Desktop Manager I get amessage that I need to contact my system...

I have a 8310 Curve - Is it possible to change the bluetooth passkey at all? I have tried pairing it with with a few devices, but every time the other device asks for a key, I don't know what it is....
