Somewhere in all that is the answer. Obviously it is working until something messes up or is messed up.

I don't use any of those apps. Search and see if there are any known or supposed conflicts...

Well, delete Netquin and see if it makes a difference. If it isn't causing any harm, you could add it again. Personally, I don't think you need it. Hope you didn't spend any money on it.

Again, make sure you have mobile network enabled and that you have a good, steady signal. Do a battery pull, with the power on, and wait 30 seconds before putting the battery back. If that doesn't...
