I highly recommend that you never try to manually delete any records from the BDSmgmt tables.

This is a known bug and I was able to resolve it by using the KB18404 document.

These are Domino questions not BES...

You can find the answers to #1 - 6 in your Domino Administrator Help. If you don't have the Domino Administrator loaded on your workstation, then you probably shouldn't be attempting to install BES....

8830 turns off while charging

Just return it... that's what I had to do...

When I got my first 8830, it would go into a reboot mode as soon as the device was fully charged. I'm not sure how you can tell what it's doing, if it's in it's holster. I can only see my LED if...
