Both phones have pros and cons. I am keeping the Droid phone

The corp mail does act like BES when working properly in term of time, full sync etc. I can even link with global address book. Other times its non functional.

In terms of e-mail reliability, the Blackberry has the edge on Exchange mail. Autotext functions also favor the Blackberry. The Droid has 3rd party apps for autotext but not always reliable....
