You have to look under BlackBerry Handheld device OS testing. I know the program exists and is open. Just not sure which carriers are involved. BBBZ was offering that build.

3xx should be the next leak, T-Mob has had this out for awhile. I generally do not go after TMob OS versions, you can hit the website for the 9810 and 9900 versions of the OS. It was leaked weeks...
